HOMOEROTIC ADVERTISING IN LINGERIE

Lingerie is almost always related back to sex, homoeroticism is not a new factor to be shown in lingerie advertising, but accurate queer representation is. Typically when lingerie ad uses two women in an advertising campaign is it because they use that as a representation outside of the norm-not as a socially appropriate representation catered towards lesbian couples, instead it is catered towards the straight male gaze.
